I am not saying that you should never buy a CD/DVD burning program again. If you need it then go ahead, but if you only need it to be able to burn an ISO file you don’t need to buy a program for that. In Windows 7 it comes out of the box. The name of the program is ISOBurn.exe, and it is very simple and not fancy at all, but it get the job done.
