Review of Revo Pico DAB Radio

Pico DAB Radio

I just recently bought myself a DAB radio.

Revo Pico DAB Radio

It is something I have been considering for a while, but I think that they are pretty expensive for such a little radio. However I came across this Pico DAB Radio that was reduced in price because it was a demo model. I got it for 1/3 of the normal price and that is a purchase I have not regret. The installation of the device was easy and the channel search was fast done. The remote control is working great and instantly and gives you the possibility to move your radio to a location where you cannot reach it e.g. shelf where the signal will be optimal. One think that really impress me about the radio is how great the sound is for such a little device. Even when you turn up the volume the sound is great.

It has no iphone dock? The only way I would buy a radio is if it had an alarm that played my ipod music 🙂 And I know there are plenty of them out there!

I have the Revo Pico , only no sound when I select a DAB station. I am in the neteherlands might that be the cause or is it a setting?

    1. Hi
The Revo Pico does not work in Denmark anymore, because they have changed to broadcast in the new DAB+ signal that the Revo Pico doesn’t support. It might be the issue you have with your Pico device.

Thanks Thomas , it seems that NL has DAB+ as wel, so now I know why it wasn’t working al that time…
