3 funny apps for Windows Phone 7.5 Mango

I present to you 3 funny apps for your Windows Phone 7.5

No great smartphone without some funny apps to install on it. That goes for Windows Phone Mango as well. Here you have 3 fun apps I have installed on my phone. These apps won’t help you get more productive or effective, but they are a lot of fun 🙂

1. Duke Nukem Soundboard

Duke Nukem Soundboard App
Do you remember the legendary Duke Nukem from the old PC game? Now you can get all the great sound clips, taunts and shouts from the king himself. Let me give you a couple of examples from Mr. Dukes Soundboard:

“Hail to the king baby”

“It’s time to kick ass and chew bubble-gum, and I am all out of gum”

“Damn, I am good”

2. Hangover Helper

Hangover Helper App
If you wake up somewhere with big hangover and don’t know where you are, this apps helps you figure it out and show you a map where you are. It can also help you to find the pictures from your phone taken yesterday. Maybe that will bring back some memories 😉 Finally it can help you to create text message you can send home to Parents or partner if you have problems to come up with a good one yourself.
This app is also available in a pro edition.

3. FishEye Camera

FishEYE Camera App
With this little app you can change your picture to FishEye perspective. You can use it on pictures you already have on your phone or you can take a new one with the camera. This app is also available in a ad-free version.

I would love to hear if you know any funny apps for Windows Phone Mango you can recommend. Please leave me a message. I you liked this post please click on some of the Share buttons below 🙂

    People actually use windows phone?
    Android for life.

    1. Hi iBash
I hear that a lot and when I look back on some of the old Windows Phone I have had I can understand that statement. However with the new Mango update Microsoft have really taken a huge step and providing a good alternative to iPhone and Android.

    2. Dan Colasanti

Yup – I actually use Windows Phone and it’s GREAT! – way better than my old iPhone and most Android phone’s I’ve seen.

I want to try out the Fish Eye Camera 🙂

    1. Hi Amberr
Always nice to see my Triberr friends here on my blog. I hope you like the Fish Eye Camera.

  5. Slappy Bear

I wonder why phones are getting named after foods! Apple, BlackBerry, Mango, hang on I’m getting hungry now! 😆 Anywho, these apps look really funny I wonder if there are anything like this on my human-owners iPhone!

    1. Hi Slappy
Great to see you here on my little blog 🙂 I am not sure why it has to be food all the time. It is kind of weird. I am sure that your human-owner has some fun apps on her phone as well. I know that there is a lot of funny apps for iPhone as well. You can check it out yourself on the Apple App Store.

That Duke Nukem soundboard app would be so great:) Wouldn’t be the first time I buy a phone because of a certain app available for the ecosystem.

@ Slappybear: Interesting point. They seem to brand everything as something edible these days. Imitating Apple.

  7. I don’t see any reason why developers would create a duke nukem soundboard except maybe for fun… Were they really serious when they made this app???

    1. Hi Olan
Thank you for the comment. The Duke Nukem are for sure only for fun. I can’t do anything else than play the short soundclips.

  8. Peter

That hangover helper probably works wonders. Lord knows there’s been times when i could have certainly used that App. So many different features available. They could have used this in the movie “The Hangover” but then there would have been no movie

    1. Haha – They sure could have used this app in the Hangover movies. I have seen both of them, they are so funny. Thank you for the visit on my blog.

  10. I wonder what it feels like if I use Duke Nukem’s voice as the ring tone or the alarm tone hahaha

    1. Haha, I guess it might get you in trouble if the phone rings at the wrong place 😉

  11. Jake

The Hangover Helper looks so funny. You’re drunk and don’t know anything on your existence, don’t remember the way home, but still awake enough to pull out the phone and look up the map. A drunk man who is studying the map ^^
